A: All services begin within 48 to 72 hours of purchase. A customer service representative will call to begin the process of opening your account.
Q2: How do you handle refunds?
A: Most of our products and services come with a reasonable refund policy. Those that don't have a refund policy will state it clearly in your service agreement.
Q3: What is the up time for my hosted site?
A: We stand by the industry standard of 99% up time.
Q4: Is there any incentive for me to refer your services?
A: Yes, if we gain a new customer from your referral, we will give you a 5% discount on your next purchase from us.
